Process Registry User Guide
Learn how to manage and track business processes in the Holistika ERP system
Introduction
The Process Registry module allows you to document, manage, and track all business processes within your organization. Processes are categorized by entity, area, and granularity.
Key Features
Creating Processes
Navigate to Processes → New Process. Fill in required fields: ID, Name, Type, Entity, Area, Owner, and Granularity.
Searching Processes
Use the search bar to find processes by name or ID. Apply filters for Entity, Area, Owner, Granularity, and Quality.
Process Hierarchy
Link processes using Parent fields. Processes can be organized as Projects, Workstreams, Processes, or Tasks.
Process Management
Edit, delete, or view process details. Track process quality, confidence, and frequency metrics.
Process Types
Process Granularity Levels
- Project: Highest level, encompasses multiple workstreams (e.g., Web en NextJS)
- Workstream: Collection of related processes (e.g., Domain management)
- Process: Standard procedure with defined steps (e.g., High-Level Web design)
- Task: Individual action items (e.g., Layout)

Process Fields
- item_id: Unique identifier (format: entity_area_type_number)
- item_name: Process name
- type: Internal or External
- orientation: Employee or Customer
- entity: Business entity (Think Big, Envoy Tech)
- area: Department (Tech, MKT)
- role_owner: Role responsible for the process
- quality: Process quality rating (low, medium, high)
Common Actions
- View Process List: Navigate to Processes
- Create Process: Processes → New Process
- Edit Process: Click Edit button on process card
- Delete Process: Click Delete button on process card
- Filter Processes: Use toolbar filters
- View Process Details: Click on process name
- View Process Documentation: Documentation → Process SOPs
